These Stone Morters are 100% handmade in the Chilean Patagonia. They are not just for decorative use, but as a kitchen must-have when it comes to bringing a special flavor to your everyday meals.
 
Although you could use it as decoration, the mortar and pestle work faster than a knife to crush nuts, pound garlic into a paste, smash ginger or chiles to infuse flavor, or grind whole spices into powders.
